What happens if a part fails after installation?
Message the team directly on WhatsApp. Common wear parts are kept in stock, and we work the shipping and fix from there, not through a call center.
How fast do you actually respond?

Can the plant be sized for our project, not a standard model?
Yes. Tell us your target output and site conditions, and we quote a configuration sized to that, not a fixed catalog spec.
Do you help with shipping and installation?
Yes. We've shipped and supported installs across Central Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and we walk through the process with every order.
Are you ISO or CE certified?
Certification is in progress. In the meantime, every plant is built and tested on our own floor, and we're glad to walk you through it on a video call before you order.
